Scott Lang

President & CEO
Mr. Lang has served on Anterix's Board since August 2024 and was appointed President and CEO in October 2024. From November 2019 to July 2023, Mr. Lang was Chairman and CEO of Turvo, a logistics software company. Prior to that, he was Executive Chairman and Chairman of Silver Spring Networks, where he previously served as Founding Chairman, CEO, and President from 2004 to 2015.

At Silver Spring, he raised over $200 million in capital and led the development of the first secure, native IP network for smart electric meters. Earlier in his career, Mr. Lang held senior roles at Electronic Data Systems and Perot Systems. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a minor in Computer Science from the University of Mississippi and an Executive MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Business.

Carlos L’Abbate

Chief Technology & Engineering Officer
Mr. L’Abbate joined the company as Chief Technology Officer in February 2021 and leads the company’s technology and engineering vision to enable successful customer pursuit and deployment of 900 MHz private broadband networks for utilities and critical infrastructure entities across the United States. Prior to Anterix, Mr. L'Abbate was a member of the FirstNet Authority CTO organization, where he was responsible for advising the FirstNet Authority executive team and board of directors in the areas of technology and product development, wireless standards, and network architecture.

Prior to his time at the FirstNet Authority, Mr. L'Abbate was senior director of radio access networks and mobile devices at Nextel International, where he oversaw the technology development, network architecture, technical vendor selection, and wireless network design for the company’s networks in five countries.

Carlos completed the PLD (Program for Leadership Development) at Harvard Business School and earned his Post Graduate in business administration from Fundação Getulio Vargas and his Bachelor of Science in electronics and telecommunications engineering from the Instituto Nacional de Telecomunicações – Inatel.

Elena Marquez

Chief Financial Officer
Elena Marquez was appointed Chief Financial Officer of Anterix in September 2025. She oversees finance strategy, planning, treasury, and financial reporting as the company scales its impact across critical infrastructure sectors. Ms. Marquez has more than 15 years of finance and accounting experience from public and pre-IPO multinational companies in the financial services and biotech industries. Most recently, she served as Vice President of Finance and Controller at Anterix from 2021 to 2025. Prior to joining Anterix, Ms. Marquez held various finance and accounting roles at Clinical Genomics, Prudential Financial, and UHY LLP, a mid-sized public accounting firm. Ms. Marquez received a Master of Science in accounting and a Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, in accounting and information systems from Queens College and is a certified public accountant.

Chris Guttman-McCabe

Chief Regulatory and Communications Officer
Mr. Guttman-McCabe joined the Company as Chief Regulatory and Communications Officer in October 2020 to lead the government relations and communications efforts in support of our vision of 900 MHz private broadband for the utility, critical infrastructure, and enterprise sectors. Prior to joining Anterix, Mr. Guttman-McCabe was a founder and CEO of CGM Advisors LLC, where he worked on communications, government relations, market analysis, and business development initiatives for Fortune 100 companies and startup tech ventures. Mr. Guttman-McCabe founded CGM Advisors after a 13-year career at CTIA as a spokesperson and advocate for the wireless industry, including testifying 19 times before Congress. At CTIA, he served as executive vice president overseeing a 90-person association with a $65 million annual budget. Before joining CTIA, Mr. Guttman-McCabe worked as an associate in the communications practice at Wiley Rein LLP. Mr. Guttman-McCabe earned his law degree magna cum laude with a Communications Institute certificate from the Columbus School of Law at the Catholic University of America and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Swarthmore College.

Gena Ashe

Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary
Ms. Ashe joined Anterix in July 2019 and is the Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary, a position to which she was promoted in May 2021 from General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. Prior to joining Anterix, Ms. Ashe held senior legal roles with former KKR portfolio company, The Brickman Group, LLC (now BrightView Landscapes LLC NYSE: BV), as EVP, Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary, as well as with AT&T, Lucent Technologies, Public Broadcasting Service (PBS), Darden Restaurants, Inc., and, most recently, Adtalem Global Education (NYSE: ATGE), where she also served as EVP, Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary. Earlier in her career, Ms. Ashe was an electrical engineer with IBM Corporation before joining IBM’s legal team. Ms. Ashe has also served on the boards of several public and private companies since 2016. Ms. Ashe is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Skyward Specialty Insurance Group Inc. (NASDAQ: SKWD), where she chairs the nominating and corporate governance committee and serves on the compensation and risk committees. She holds a Juris Doctorate from Georgetown University, a Master of Science in electrical engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor of Science in mathematics with a minor in physics from Spelman College. Ms. Ashe also completed the executive development program of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and holds a certificate in international management from Oxford University in England.

Ross Spero

Chief Product Officer
Ross Spero serves as the Chief Product Officer of Anterix, where he is responsible for product strategy, portfolio development, and go-to-market execution across the company’s spectrum-enabled solutions. He leads the evolution of Anterix’s offerings to deliver long-term, scalable, and recurring value for customers and shareholders.

Prior to joining Anterix, Mr. Spero served as Vice President of Product Management & Portfolio Strategy at TPx Communications, where he played a central role in transforming the company’s portfolio from legacy telecommunications services into a nationally recognized managed services and connectivity platform. During his tenure, he oversaw product strategy across networking, cybersecurity, cloud collaboration, and managed and professional services, driving significant growth in new recurring revenues and profitability. Mr. Spero holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Oregon and an Executive MBA from the University of Washington’s Foster School of Business.

Heather Martin

Chief Marketing Officer and Chief of Staff
Heather Martin joined Anterix in September 2025 as Chief Marketing Officer and Chief of Staff. In her dual role, she leads the company’s external market strategy and internal strategic execution, helping to shape Anterix’s brand authority across the utility and critical infrastructure sectors while driving alignment and momentum across the organization.

Prior to joining Anterix, Ms. Martin led enterprise-wide transformation efforts for NRG Energy’s portfolio of retail energy brands, with operations spanning North America, South Africa, and the Caribbean. She also held global marketing leadership roles at Bosch (formerly SPX), where she developed international programs for automotive brands including BMW, Mercedes-Benz, General Motors, and Ford.

Earlier in her career, Ms. Martin held senior positions at leading advertising agencies, supporting global brands such as Dell, Microsoft, and Shell Energy.

Ms. Martin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communications and Marketing from the University of St. Thomas.
